The Halloween Weekend
Halloween is of course also celebrated in the Wiener Wurstelprater! To make sure that you don’t miss anything, we have an overview of all locations and events for you.
The Living Horror Maze
Can you find your way through the foggy corridors of the horror labyrinth past the living horror figures? The Living Horror Maze extends over 1,000 square meters and offers both a Family Horror version and 100% Halloween Horror. You can get tickets here.

The Scary Luftburg
All children in makeup and/or costume can enter Kolarik’s Kinderwelt for free and transform it into a wonderful, enchanted world. A magician brings some magic to Luftburg‘s tables on the 30th + 31st October from 12-14 pm – reservation recommended.

For kids who love costumes and air castles
The GhostRun
The costume run has the motto “We’re running away from the Grim Reaper” and aims to draw attention to pulmonary hypertension, a rare and incurable disease. Costumes are very much welcomed! You can find all information here.

Prater Zelt at Liliputbahn Hauptbahnhof
Scare factor: 
For people who are enthusiastic about movement and have a big heart
The Ghost Train
This year, the Liliputbahn will once again be transformed into the Ghost Train. Accompanied by owl calls and wolf howls, it drives through the dark, legendary forest of Count Dracula. Clouds of fog included. Tickets are available on site.
When and where?
Sun, 31.10 from 17:00 to 21:00

The Geisterschloss
On Halloween the Geisterschloss (Ghost Castle) offers trick or treating and, for all people who come in costume, 50 cents discount on the ticket price.

Riesenrad Halloween Discount
The Wiener Riesenrad rewards all those who come in full costume with a 50% discount on the ticket price on Halloween.

For everyone who wants to enjoy the view while being dressed up Halloween-style
Halloween Disco Bowling
Bowling alley Kugeltanz is also transformed on Halloween. You can show off your bowling skills in the midst of gruesome decorations with a live DJ and creepy cocktails. If you come in costume, you’ll get a scary shot and your rental shoes for free! Reservation recommended.

Halloween Party
Of course, there also has to be a big party on Halloween! The Prater DOME takes of that on its reopening weekend. You will not only be supplied with sweets and sounds (DJ Fat Tony, DJ Tommy Junior and DJ Ricky), but you can also win a big prize: a VIP card will be raffled off among all costume competition participants!
