Opening Hours Winter 2024/25
Wurstelprater’s winter season began on November 1st, 2024. In the past, this was synonymous with hibernation, but for a few years now, more and more rides are opening regularly in winter, and a few more do so spontaneously depending on weather (and mood). Starting on January 7th, 2025, there will be a maintenance break and Wurstelprater will be closed for a few weeks. If the weather permits, rides and attractions will slowly start opening up again during the Vienna Energy Holidays in February!
Please note that the times given below may vary! Attractions not listed decide spontaneously whether and when they will open.

Of course, various restaurants and cafés in the Prater are also open during the winter months. In our food + drink guide you will find the according opening hours for all individual restaurants.
In addition to that, the Winter Market will take place at the Riesenradplatz until Mon, January 6th 2025. You can find all information and the music program here.
