Renovation at Luftburg

The Kolariks are renovating! From Tuesday, Jan 7th, extensive renovation and improvement work will take place at the restaurant. Luftburg – Kolarik im Prater will therefore be closed until Easter 2025. To bridge the time, they are having a pop-up.

Employees put into focus

Bianca and Paul Kolarik not only want to offer their guests a feel-good atmosphere, but also their employees, because they know that motivated employees are the heart of a company. That is why the entire employee area will be rebuilt from January 2025. In addition to an inviting team lounge, modern cloakrooms and top-equipped office space, a prayer room will also be built. This room is open to all colleagues – regardless of religion or worldview.

The renovation period will also be used to renew the sink and delivery in the restaurant. The capacity of the PV system is also being expanded so that even more electricity demand can be covered by in-house production. In the future, heating and cooling will be done using the power of water – so Luftburg will be “out of gas”.

Pop-up at the neighbor’s

If you don’t want to miss out on the organic delicacies, you’ll be taken care of. From January 16th to March 16th there will be a Kolarik im Prater Pop-Up at Estancia Santa Cruz. In addition to food and drink, there will of course also be entertainment for children – free bouncy castle jumping, a children’s carousel, a Kiddy Rider and a small indoor play area are also part of the pop-up.
