UEFA EURO 2024: Public Viewing in Prater
The men's European Football Championship starts in Germany on June 14, 2024. A wide variety of public viewing opportunities is offered throughout Vienna during this period – and of course also in the Wiener Prater! If you're a football fan, you can cheer on your favorite teams in the most beautiful setting in or in front of the gates of the Wurstelprater.
Fanzone Prater ⚽️ ⚽️ 🍺
On Liliputbahn's area, you can enjoy the games in a great atmosphere together with thousands of other fans in the Prater fan zone. In an area of 3,300 square meters, you will not only be offered first-class sound technology and seats (in the shadow), but also culinary, regional classics and plenty of beer (0.5l for €5.60). The site opens 30 minutes before the first match of the day and stays open until 23:30 o'clock. Public access to the fan zone is on Prater Hauptallee. As with all fan zones, it is first come, first served – so reservations are not possible (unless you want to go to the VIP area). Admiral Fanzone ⚽️ 🍺 🍟
For the first time, Europe's largest sports bar, the Admiral Arena, is hosting a public viewing in the Wurstelprater. With up to 800 football fans, you can watch all the games on an impressive 28 sqm 4K LED wall with surround sound. Of course, your physical well-being is also taken care of here: from a selection of Langos variations to stadium classics such as Frankfurters, fries and chips, everything is on offer. At the Heineken Beer Bar you can quench your thirst and enjoy refreshing moments. You can watch the games in the fan zone either on comfortable loungers or on the classic Heurigen benches. If the weather doesn't play along, the games can be watched indoors in the sports bar (from 18 years of age). In between, you can also check out the exhibition of legendary players' jerseys - including jerseys from Maradona, Pogba, Haaland and Beckham lovingly collected by comedy star Peter Moizi - and win exclusive football goodies in the Admiral & Krone Corner.
