Schweizerhaus celebrates their season opening

Beer lovers, rejoice! On Sunday, March 15th, 2026, the Schweizerhaus will reopen its doors at 11:00, kicking off the summer season. Reservations are not possible for that day, but it's well worth stopping by. To celebrate the opening, Motovidlo, Krügerltrio, Wuppa, and Quatschbergecho will provide live musical entertainment. If you can't snag a spot in the beer garden (aka Schanigarten), you can grab a Budweiser beer and some potato chips from the takeaway counter.

There's also an anniversary to celebrate: in 2026, the Schweizerhaus will look back on 100 years of partnership with the Czech brewery Budweiser Budvar. A limited-edition bottling has been announced for the anniversary, which will be available from mid-April 2026.

And some more good news for beer fans – the price of beer remains the same! A mug of beer (aka Krügerl) will still cost 5.90 Euros.
