Hula Hoop at Kaiserwiese

Do you remember hula hoop from your childhood? Or would you like to give the new sports trend a try? Then maybe we have something for you.

On Wed, August 17th there will be a free hula hoop lesson at the Kaiserwiese. From 18:00, a trainer from the Hula Hoop Austria association will show beginners and interested people simple hula hoop tricks and short combinations. If you would like to participate, simply register online or by phone in advance.

Who is behind this?

The hula hoop hour takes place as part of the movement initiative by ASKÖ Vienna. Under the title “Sportplatz.Wien on Tour”, trainers from a wide variety of areas bring sport and fun to all 23 districts of Vienna until September 1st. From hula hoop to yoga, to step aerobics or power fitness – the movement initiative allows you to try out various workouts and sports trends free of charge. All participants will receive a flexiband as a goodie.
