Carnival Parade at Wurstelprater

Do you love to dress up for the carnival season? Then you absolutely have to drop by the Wurstelprater when the Wiener Kinderfreunde invite you to the carnival parade on February 12, 2023!

The Carnival pProgram

The event starts at 14:00 at the Riesenradplatz. A warm-up with music, jugglers, games and small surprises awaits you there. The parade itself starts at around 14:30 and will be accompanied by the Praterzug, the Brazilian percussion band Batala Austria and lots of soap bubbles. Be sure to stay until the end to get a famous Faschingskrapfen!

The carnival route: The parade leads from Riesenradplatz via Kratky-Baschik-Weg to Calafatiplatz, further along the Leichtweg to Schweizerhausplatz and finally via Straße des 1. Mai back to Riesenradplatz.
