Brass Band Sundays at Wurstelprater

Brass Band Sundays at Wurstelprater

The Wurstelprater amusement park is celebrating its 260th anniversary, and many Viennese brass bands are joining in the festivities! From July to October 2026, the Riesenradplatz will be transformed into a stage for bands and music groups from all over the city. You can look forward to atmospheric Sunday afternoons under the open sky.

Music for all generations

Throughout the summer, various orchestras, music groups, and bands from Vienna will perform. They'll bring marches, waltzes, polkas, and familiar melodies. After their performances at the Riesenradplatz, the musicians will parade through the Prater.
