Do your children love to dress up for the carnival season? Then you absolutely have to drop by the Wurstelprater when the Wiener Kinderfreunde invite you to the 4th Carnival Parade on February 8th, 2026!

The Carnival Program

The event starts at 14:00 o’clock at the Riesenradplatz. A variety of activities await you and your dressed-up kids there, from  children’s entertainment by the Wiener Kinderfreunde team to children's tattoos, balloons, button-making, and many many more. The parade itself starts at around 14:20, and is accompanied by decorated rides and entertainers in costume. The Brazilian percussion band Batala Austria will also be there. At the end, of course, a Krapfen (aka carnival donut) for all kids is (almost) mandatory and the concert by Brennholz.Rocks awaits you!
